In other maps I have same issue, in some areas game act same, but there's harder to figure out. And actually in this area I figured this accidentally

The only thing I can think of, at this point, is to try turning "Shadow Quality" off in the Graphics Options Panel. (If you haven't tried that already).

" It was already off when I took screenshots. It is sad that players are trying to help me, and devs like: meh, who cares. It's an issue and it's great if only I won't play this game because of that kind of issue, but if others also will do in same way, GGG gonna have a bad time. Because I've asked in global many times, plenty of people have same issue for months and nobody cares about this. I like this game, I've supported it for like 50 or 60$, don't remember, not that much, but still.. Can I ask if you've tried to turn on/off either/both ambient occlusion, and triple buffering?
I've seen instances in other games on Nvidia based cards where Vsync FPS will do something like this. I suggest turning off one, and then checking the game, if that doesn't help turn that one back on, and the other off, and then finally try both off (assuming both were set to on in the first place.) Also as others have said, have Vsync turned off in the game itself, and only have it on on your video card while you try these tests. Edit: After looking at your DXDiag report it seems you just have an intel integrated graphics card built into the computer. Edit: Ambient occlusion is not supported for this application (PoE) and other things with triple buffering doesn't change anything 2nd edit: Tried to change global settings, not application. Result: this doesn't fix issue. But when I had ambient occlusion on performance+triple buffering I had very long application launch, when I had ambient occlusion set on quality+triple buffering I had to wait for like 5 minutes (tried few times) and game still didn't launch. I have actually solved this problem by myself. Just reinstalled my win7 to win8 and problem gone. Somehow it was problem with windows optimization or conflict with my hardware, I don't know, because before I've installed win8 I tried few times to install "fresh" win7 and nothing changed.
