BSOD on lounching

Hello.
Downloaded msi from this site, installed it and tried to update. It went to bsod after allocating place twice. I redownloaded installer and repeated actions - result was same.
Tried to find solve of this problem, but usually game crashes when it is already active. Cannot use steam because i live in Russia (and this problem is insulting a little, but i understand its necessity because of our annoying schoolboys).

Problem solved by updating AMD video drivers.
