been stated before by GGG that in no way did infernal mantle ever lower the droprate/chance rate of shavronne's wrappings , the only thing is if you have a 6linked occultist and want to chance a shavronnes you might wanna eternal it before

I'm a bit confused, why would you eternal it?

also are there approximate odds for getting shavs from chance orbs?

i think its something like:
80% chance for blue.
19.73% chance for rare.
0.27% chance for unique. With Infernal Mantle being about 0.22-.24% and Shav being about 0.05%.

Which puts Infernal Mantle at around 1/450 chance and Shav's at about 1/2000.

There used to be a flat chance to chance a unique but they changed how chance orbs work in OB. Now the rarer uniques are harder to chance, but multiple uniques don't overlap, you just have a lower chance to get blue/rare afaik.

If you chance it 6-linked, you'll likely get an infernal mantle. Since you can't scour uniques, the only way to revert it back to normal is through an eternal.

It was stated several times that existence of Infernal Mantle does not affect the chance of dropping/chancing Shavs
