Finally fixed 0xc000007b - (When installing)

Hey Guys. I wanted to throw this up here as it prevented me for a long time from playing PoE (as well as one or two other games) after I had upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit.

The error:

0xc000007b

means one of ten different things. Bottom line:

Search for two files:

msvcp100.dll and msvcp110.dll

Copy the two files, place them in a folder on your desktop (mine is called 'winblows' for example). Then paste those same two files into the folder you downloaded the PoE installer to, for example:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile

Double click the installer and you are done.

Reason: Some games just don't end up placing these two specific files in the right place (the install directory) in win 64 bit environments. It is common to actually find multiple copies of the two files mentioned in the fix above in folders similar to '\downloads\temp\cache' etc owing to how Windows 64 bit has a slightly different folder scheme from 32 bit.
