Is this build alright? I want a super tanky caster......... This is good or did i miss something......

It is tanky yes but you are not focused at all. You go all over the place with the build. Try to focus more one 1-2 elements and not all 3. Also if you want tanky staves are not the best choice of weapon, try 1 handed and a shield.

also you used all skillpoints... you will most likely never achieve this so this build is crap since you plan with points you will never have.
