Legendary items drop rate

Hi!
So game just started and already I see many offers on trade chat that sells legendary items. I am just lvl 30 and already got 2 legendary drops from regular mobs. Isnt drop rate to high? |

There are no legendaries in this game. But we do have uniques.
No the drop rate is not too high. You have been pretty lucky. Standard Forever

i've only found one.. and it (supposedly) gave me 91% increase item rarity..
still have only found the one :/ |

working as intended. my bow drop even before i get into the first town. i think it was the fifth mob.
now im at level 15, nothing yet. :[ |

You and the others just got lucky, I'm LVL 36 with over 18 hours played and no uniques dropped for me yet, and might I just add that the drops from Act 3 for me is terrible, unique monsters drop white items and an occasional blue.
I've never had more than 15 rares in Act 3. Act 2 was my lucky act, got GCP and Chaos in one map that dropped off a chest, Act 3 on the other hand is boring to me, nothing excites me in terms of loots, everything else is amazing though. Uniques are "stratified"
-Common -Uncommon -Rare They don't say this on them, but they have drop rates based on these rankings. For instance, Astrementus is a low level unique necklace that is a rare unique, it won't be found by that many players.
