I'm kinda curious, does increased attack speed even spawn on wands?
I know for instance that increased cast speed only spawns on wands and staves, so it would kinda make sense if other mods mods (especially the equivalent — IAS) would be unique to non-int weapons and gear. That wand would be really nice for a wander (probably dual wander), except maybe if IAS can appear on wands. Especially useful in the future when dual wanding may be more viable. the increased elemental damage is good for elemental strike or other added elemental damage, even though it is still kinda wasted mods. Fresh cakes for all occasions.

obviously you should wait for the Dex/int-class. Take the wand-knockback-passive with all crit-passives and have fun in pvp ^^ I´m trying a wanderwitch atm, lvl26 so far https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JcKqhDFhNHI
