Ice bite and ice shot/Eelemental hit

The ice bite keystone - Does it actually work with ice shot also or even elemental hit or is it just for basic attacks and therefor a waste of skillpoints?

Yes, it does work with Ice Shot and Elemental Hit (only the cold portion).

so it scales with elemental hits ice part if it randomly rolls cold damage?
and the ice shot converts portion of to cold dmg... does the ice bite apply before or after tho? |

Conversion before damage boost I believe. Don't quote me on this one.
