Marauder help! Bandit quest reward choice??

Should I...

1) 45HP reward (help oak)
2) 8% resist all reward (help kraityn)
3) 1 free skill point? (kill all bandit)

???

I am playing a high hp/regen, blood magic, resolute technique, unwavering stance marauder. Still haven't decide to go 2h or 1h + shield yet.. Only added to the tanky skill nodes so far.

Which of the above rewards will benefit the most at end-game content at highest difficulty?
I'd go 12% physical damage in cruel and extra endurance charge in merciless.
Normal: Skill Point
Cruel: 12% physical dmg
Merciless: Endurance Charge

Is there a reason for this choice being better than the others? And who do I help or kill on Cruel and Merciless difficulty for those rewards?

I have no idea what the endurance charges do and how do we activate these charges?

With Enduring Cry or Warlords Mark curse

Each endurance charge gives you 5% phys damage resist and 5% all elemental resist, so with the 3 extra charges from the passive tree and this one you get 35% in all which can be a real lifesaver.
If it's not too late, DON'T go for Skill Point in Normal difficulty!

It's base life you get. So in end game this reward will help you the most.

Don't worry not to know which bandit you have to help.
In the box where you have to choose whether to help or to kill a bandit there is the description of what you get for helping him/her.

Dammit.. I have already killed Kraityn and Oak... Should I restart a new character?

Okay I am going to delete my marauder and start a new one... since it is only level 24 now.... DAMN IT!
The math has already been done in closed, taking the skill point and putting it into a +%life node nets you more hp in the end than the +45 does.

I read that somewhere too.. But I have been thinking, even if I were to get that 1 skillpoint reward, where would I put it? Even without the 1 reward skillpoint, I would have already put my all my skillpoints into all the %life nodes.

By reaching max level, I will have excess skillpoints anyway.
