How to fix rubber banding: play d3
the poe devs have shown no interest in trusting the client, because security is apparently important in online video games. Since this is the only way for them to fix desync it will never get fixed. my evasion is so high i only insta rip sometimes
----- Bug Fixes: People were using cyclone for actual melee builds, so we nerfed it and made blade vortex. Also, we went ahead and made cyclone great for CoC casters while we were at it. |
