Very Strange Warp Portal Bug

I made a portal in upper submerged outside of ledge went to town sold some stuff. Asked party member to TP me so I took his portal inside ledge.. then he and the other party member both went to town with one of their portals. A little while later I was asked to put down a portal so I did.. then he msgs me saying which portal to take and I said mine and he said it led him to upper submerged so I replaced which made the portal on my screen move obviously... but still he went to upper submerged again. Then I went through my portal inside ledge and when I got to town it said upper submerged.

TLDR - My newer portals that I made in ledge would teleport party members to my old portal that I made before in upper submerged.
