Wings of Entropy. Does it work with Sweep ?

Wings of Entropy is a 2h Axe that "Counts as Dual Wielding". Knowing that, can it be used with skills that works specifically with 2h Axes but not 1h Axes ? There's only one skill that fit this criteria : Sweep. And if Wings of Entropy works with Sweep, does the 10% more attack speed (from Dual Wield) apply to the base attack speed of Sweep ? " Thanks for the answer. Could you confirm if 2h weapons passives are suppose to work with Wings of Entropy or not ? Because, apparently they don't work now (confirmed by 2 players using Wings of Entropy in game). Wings of Entropy is a two-handed weapon. Two-handed passives apply - if that's stopped working, it's a bug.
UPDATE: I have tested and can confirm this is in fact still working. It counts as dual wielding. That means any bonuses from dual wielding apply, either from passives or the base effects of dual wielding (block and attack speed). It's not a one-handed weapon and doesn't interact with one-handed bonuses in any way. One-handed weapon bonuses usually apply when dual wielding because the usual way to dual wield is to use one-handed weapons.
