Is it possible for the Tabula Rasa to drop from any of the monsters in Normal Act I?

yes, personally found one off Hillock with lvl 1 Twilight Strand normal

" Thanks. Is item rarity increased or do players have better chances of finding a unique item when playing at that level? Should I just roll new characters over and over and farm Hillock, or take a fast build and clear the areas just after Lioneye's? |

the chance to get a Unique from Hillock is kinda high, but you're still looking at getting one every 30 runs or so, and standing up on the beach, picking up that gem and smashing Hillock gets boring rather fast... tried that myself... (if you wanna try Shadow is the fastest)
The above mentioned dropped on Nemesis, I also "farmed" me one in Domination - there I did Tidal Island runs and chanced simple robes - I was rather lucky (~30 trys). But if you want to farm TR, Tidal Island is probably your best bet as higher level mobs only drop more of other base-items you don't want to see. In general the Unique-drop chances don't vary based on char-level, so using a higher level Char with max-MF is better, but you can kill Hillock normal only once per char - so farming that with high MF isn't an option. |

" Farming TI would probably be best then. Farming Hillock can be done fairly quickly but stacking quantity and rarity is too good to pass up. Thanks for helping out. Edit: One last question, sorry. yes it is possible from 'simple robe' u need to farm act1 normal i think the very first places of act1 to get drop
