" Life leech does not have a cap, it has a RATE. A cap would imply a variable rate with a maximum value. Life leech always returns at (20% of your maximum HP) / second. This is not affected by damage or attack speed any other stat EXCEPT the quality bonus on a Life Leech gem. |
