My Shadow Build - Please

I am beginner and I want to make a shadow race. I was hoping to play one using dagger/shield (energy shield) or dagger/dagger.
I read many guides such as Invalesco, Kripp, and Archa that still use CI, and was just wondering if it is still good to use? Now that it has been nerfed.
Here is a build that I came up with, that I hope some of my fellow POEers can shed some light on my build and tell me what I am doing wrong. Its based on 51 points. I do feel my build is lacking some offensive points, but I am trying to keep it at 51 points to be more realistic.
