" Na corrupting blood is a great mod. It makes you think and adds not only difficulty (any character can die from it if not removed, so there is no getting to a point where it is nothing), but more depth. Combine it with map mods and the shit may hit the fan. It's fine. He never blamed CB, he explicitly said he fell asleep. No more living after sleeping in PoE, corrupting blood says "No way buddy, I gets mines". Thats fine with me. " Corrupted is a great mod,it's easier than lightning thorns in my opinion. There is far more difficult nemesis mods like herald, souleater,volatile. You will need a staunching and some builds might even need two staunching(melee splash characters especially).
