We need a better unique endgame one handed sword

Currently the best endgame one handed sword is the Rebuke of the Vaal.
It has all kinds of damage, but pretty much underpowered against Dominus and his pals in cruel difficulty.
I have an idea for a new unique one handed sword. Since I'm fond of rapiers, I took a random image from the net and redesigned a bit. I'm no art major, but here it is:

Since face tanking is the best way to fight with Dominus once you killed his buddies, we need a sword with a lot of physical DPS.

I thought a minimum of 215-395, and a maximum of 230-515 physical plus a nice addition of increased physical damage (150-200%). Dominus' attacks are mainly electric based, so you can make it that part of the increased physical damage bonus only applies if we are shocked or electrocuted. The sword could also have electric or chaos damage or both. Could reflect lightning damage as physical to attacker or have 30-50% resistance against lightning damage.
Also could have an increased attack speed along with more accuracy (18-30%) and a nice touch of 25 points to strength.
