Kripparrian's Templar build?

If anyone would be so kind as to tell me what his passive skill tree and skills he uses with a brief explanation as to what is required for the build, I would really appreciate it. Just started playing this game and I wanted to try out what he's doing see if I like it and potentially stay as a Templar.

Kripp is a very good tactican and guide guru ^^ but there is no guide for Poe :( | |

It seems some sort of electrical damage build, becasue he gets better shock. What would it be? and does he use wands because he gets those nodes, but it might just be for the electrical damage. Seems he would rather do 2 handed weapon.
