so does EE mean that if you hit with two elements, the third element is 50 percent weak.

lighting = l
cold = c
fire = f

hit with l = c f weak
hit with c = f l weak
hit with f = c l weak

if you pick any two of those to hit with first, there is always 1 that should get 2 stacks of the debuff, correct?

I am working on a EE build. The way I think it works is that you do cold and lighting damage. You deal cold damage and get a +25 restisance to cold and a -50 to lighting. You deal lightning damage +25 restisance to lighting and a -50 to cold. The way I got it figured is, if you do both damage types at the same time it with actually give a -25 to resistance for both cold and lighting.

Not sure about if the decrease effects will have stacks.
