Weapon effects while dual wielding

I don't like that it consumes your weapon/item effects when you use them
I like playing on different characters, it gets really annoying having to log on then removing all of my microtransactions for my other character |

As the creator of Dyadus, I would be pissed if we couldn't choose to have 2 different effects. I created it thinking I wanted one infernal and one arctic on the things if and when I finally get them. Heh
