Cast on crit enduring cry+immortal call

Been messing around with the idea of almost no hp but block chance, dodge and mind over matter cast on crit build

The only potential problem I see is the cooldown on enduring cry, but I have no idea if it applies when linked to Cast on Crit. Even if the cooldown did apply, you could potentially use endurance charge on melee stun and get some stun nodes on the tree as well.
As for the no life, spell block might become your best friend. I've never done a MoM build but I'd assume Eldritch Battery is a big help when it comes to keeping your "hp" high. Doubt it would work frankly, even aside from the cooldown problem. One, as momo said you're liable to get one-shot. Especially by spells. With next to no life, leech won't be very effective either.
Also I'm not sure about MoM there. I don't have much experience, but you have almost no mana nodes and no EB, so it doesn't seem like it would be blocking a whole lot, and could cause lots of lost dps from having no mana. Finally, I haven't run numbers but with only 3 gems being used for damage (and of them one just for AoE), and a crit build without the fantastic crit damage gem, I'm not sure the damage would be worth the risks either. Thought about some sort of perma immortal call before, and I think it might have potential, but in my opinion I don't see it being with cast on crit + enduring cry link. IGN: Victario

With enough skill duration buffs you probably don't need Enduring Cry. IC has a base duration of 0.2 seconds, if you can grab enough skill duration passives, buff duration passives, and buff effect passives, you can probably bring it up to 0.6 easily, maybe as much as 0.8 seconds. At that point, with a high enough crit rate and attack speed, you can maintain it off the base duration alone (though a few endurance charges will probably give you an insane duration as well).

if your whole plan is to use enduring cry/immortal call on a CoC and you are building a crit build, why on earth whouldn't you simply do a :
crit weakness-enhance-increased duration-immortal call on a geofri's helmet and replace coc-immortal call-enduring cry on your 6l with a added physical-endurace charge on melee stun which is a 5l: you get moree damage, a ~8.5s immortal call on demand, and more than enough time to actually build up your charges again due to insane crits easily stunning things? |

Doesn't immortal call only protect against physical damage?
Looking at your build, unless I'm missing something won't you be completely destroyed by elemental and chaos damage with your lack of hp nodes? Even with max spell block that doesn't sound feasible with such a lack of hp. |

" Yeah, you're right, we should really aim for build that is immune to EVERYTHING. First, physical damage. We get immunity to is with Immortal Call as OP suggests. Second, chaos damage. Grab Chaos Inoculation, and you're immune to it too. So, only elemental resists left... How about getting Elemental Adaptation (+2 max ele res), running all 3 Purities (Purity of Fire + Purity of Cold + Purity of Lightning), with Influence and Sovereignity (or Charisma) clusters it's +7 total max ele res, with Saffell's Frame shield it becames +12% total max ele res, and with Witch Flask effect nodes and Topaz/Saphire/Ruby flasks pop-up we got +25% max ele res, making 100% elemental resistance here. And of course, those flasks will be Surgeons, to be recovered by our crits. So, we have a build that is IMMUNE TO EVERYTHING, invincible and immortal therefore. Not bad, especially for HArdcore/Nemesis, huh? thx for the replies if any1 is willing to draft a quick passive tree as i have a few full resets of around 65-75 lvls
