I think allowing us to go up to Vicious and maybe Bloodthirsty would be pretty nice. Buying a weapon with that Bloodthirsty on poe.xyz will set you back 2 chaos max so it wouldn't kill the "economy" if they allowed it to go higher. Just... not Tyrannical or Cruel.

2nd best teir is tops. Just like with weapons.

The recipe doesnt add the needed Additional XX-XX Physical Damage to give you the top capable dmg for the weapon and it erases every other random mod from the item, so whats the point?

A guaranteed MOD could save you dozens or even more than 100 alt orbs, following by the aug orb crafting, you can get the flat physical MOD just like you do after the previous trans + alt trick, just much cheaper. And, as long as the required MODs are there, you can divine to get better values. I think GGG did hear the voice from the community, and this recipe (and the previous +1 LV gem one) is a big step forward to a more controllable crafting system, well done.

when they create a low level exalt orb and a few more of these recipes for (mid tier life,ele,res) then we can finally say poe has a crafting system.

This recipe is clearly made for races. You can literally start any race with %phys damage mod on weapon
