I also don't get the need for a refund function. Refunds are just a mess from a billing platform and budgeting perspective (yes, I build and sell software :-).

It sounds like most of you want it because you think you bought something you found out wasn't as you had hoped. Granted, the youtube videos don't always give the best perspective on how something is going to look/work. In that case, as Dawntehkat mentions, a "trial" option is a more appropriate function in my humble opinion (i.e., use it for an hour after which it becomes a permanent purchase).

Some of the items look cool and nice but when you buy them and put on your character they look just horrible! I would like to refund stuff like that.

I think a system should be in place to get points back for an item after a limited amount of time. Do I think they need something automatic, probably not, but if you could message support for a points refund that would be ideal.

Hell you might be able to do this now, especially if there is clipping issues with your character that you really can't play with.

Refunding MTX should be allowed when the MTX purchase clips with the equipment they wear, we paid money for a MTX that looks good, clipping is not good. Sucks though because so many MTX's clip, its as if GGG doesn't take time to see how each character model reacts with the new MTX. I have messaged this many a times in the art section but the answer I commonly receive is nothing or simply put: once the MTX is out we can't change it because someone might complain...

Refunding MTX should also be allowed when the MTX has a confusing description like the totems MTX, I bought the totem once thinking it would work on all totems to be unpleasantly surprised that it works only on support totems, I was refunded and GGG proceeded to re write the description to be less confusing/misleading after a few suggestions.

Truly in summary the only worthwhile MTX have been the pets, they don't clip.
