100% CPU Usage while on PoE

Lets see, where to start. The problem is pretty simple, I am running PoE on win7. My PC specs are 8gb ram, EVGA GTX 670 SC, Intel 3570k OC @ 4.2 ghz. I am keeping track of my task manager and for some reason while playing PoE my CPU usage stays at 80-100%. I don't know where to start diagnosing this, can someone give me a place to start?

PoE is a resource intensive game.
Is the 80% to 100% usage causing issues? Did you check your Task Manager process list to see which process is using all the CPU and make sure it's not a combination of processes? |

Vsync seems to fix the problem, if you give the game 100% of your resources I guess it just takes it.

I have the same problem on my PC, Vsync did not fix the issue.
