Cannot get amulet from Bandit Alira

I was going to help Oak Kill the other bandit lords, I killed Alira and got her amulet. I then logged off and when I logged back in I didnt have it. When I go back to kill Alira over and over she drops nothing. What should i do? Ive now killed both other bandit lords and taken their amulets but im missing aliras
