Cheat engine hack!

I met some guy in the town and he said he can hack the server drop rate by CE and when he hit the mob he will definitely got chaos and Exalted and other rare things .
So i said i didn't trust him , so he gave me 50 chaos .
Do you thing if this CE possible for hack drop rate?
I mean if you can't hack you gave ppl 50 chaos orb ?


Please check and fix it plz
