More SiZe modifying items/conditions

Ye should toss in sometihng to adjust size more deeply,for exapme if you pick a build with high bonus to AoE or high hp your size increases slightly accordingly,also for exmaple the bigger you become the more screen shake you make/ or you can make basic(non effect) footprints by moving larger and deeper, for example at normal speed no footsprints but as size increases they turn more and more visible. Also we definetly need more size changing uniques,atm only 2 exist,rats pelt and demigods presence but size difference aint so great here's a couple screenshots of the comparison:
