Dual welding & One handed Weapons?

What are weapons affected by Dual welding, and One handed passive skill ?

" if i rem correctly, any 1-H weapon of the same/different type can be dual-wield. 2-H weapon cannot be dual-wield. while dual-wielding with a skill, the one-handed passive doesnt affect it. in-short it depends on your skill gem u use. One handed passives apply while dual wielding.
Note that the passives specify "melee physical damage with one-handed weapons", and wands are not melee. |

Not at all.
While dual-wielding (for example, swords), you are affected by both one-handed and dual wield damage bonuses. |

Claws and Daggers are they affected by dual-wielding and one handing passive skills ?

One-hand passives apply whenever you attack with a One-hand weapon.
Dual-wield passives apply whenever you attack with two weapons. When you attack with two weapons, you are always using two One-hand weapons. |
