" Doubt it... The freenode #pathofexile channel has more than 60 people in it at any given time, and there is never a dull moment. And it's also where the devs go, and is home to a multitude of fans who have been here since the game's announcement. (Not to mention that there is a kick ass bot that tracks dev posts (If they post important announcements or keys, the people in the IRC see them first), the timer, and the ladder race positions(this is beneficial to anyone who isn't in the Beta and wants to keep up on things whenever there is a ladder race). For anyone who hasn't visited the IRC, please, stop by and say hi :D. |

Irc was the best and is still used in some private topics. I used to use a girl nickname and joke with my cousin and friends, that was hilarious, I still have some logs saved from 1998 LOL Yesterday I met my cousin and showed a log that I was pretending to be the girl that he first kissed. After 2 years, he just knew the name and the city and with that I started talking more and he was nervous until he thought that I was the girl. After I told It was me, he punched me lol...
