Guild Ranks

Title is pretty much self-explanatory,
Maybe having more ranks in guilds would make them much more organized. For example : Leader - Director - Marshal - Officer - Member - Guest Where -> Leader - Has pretty much total power. Director - Sort of like a co-leader, a second leader is always good to have around to keep everything organized and running well when the original leader isn't available. Marshall - Has the power to kick or mute people from the guild if they are being disrespectful to others or being plain rude. Officer - Same Privileges, here for help and questions for people recently joining the guild and access to officer stashes in guild stash. Member - Members are made by the Leader/Director when they feel a newcomer to the guild wont try and "Guild-hop" just to thief items. Note: This probably wont completely stop it but it will definitely reduce the chances of it happening. Guest - When a player is first invited to a guild they are set as guests until they are proven to be loyal to the guild. Other things to Note : 1) This will make guilds more organized by -> a. Different ranks can access different stashes (Guild currency would probably be only accessible by Leader/Director) b. Other stashes for leveling gear or more expensive items may want to be in an officer or marshal+ stash. 2) Things can be tweaked for Guests/Members for example guests are automatically made into members after 1 week of being in the guild or if promoted by a Leader/Director. 3) A new "mute" option can be added where you can mute a person for "x" amount of time if they are being disrespectful (Can be used as a warning)and if they continue the "kick" option comes in handy. 4) Having more ranks usually makes things easier for everyone rather than having one rank (in this case officer and leader) to worry about everything happening. 5) More time = More fun ! If ranks have less things to take of, that means they have more time to help others and play the game making a better game environment! - Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Yea, please dont even go there. POE guilds are far more casual than most other games guilds i mean you cant play with all members at once to begin with and it would be a bit much to have too many ranks.
