On Twitch streams they are able to ID the rares quickly and also six-link quickly by spamming?

Currency spamming: Right click the currency item, hold shift, and then rapidly left-click to apply multiple copies of the item. As soon as you release shift, your cursor will return to normal.
Spamming trade: I don't watch streams, so I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing what they're doing is using up-arrow. In Path of Exile, like in many text-entry applications, you can press the up arrow on your keyboard in order to repeat your previous message. tl;dr 1. hold shift 2. press up Need game info?
