Baleful Gem quest bug

I have the spike and went to roots.

According to the message. I need the Gem and the Spike. So now back to square one. I can not get the Gem.

Huh, 24 hours and still no answer. I know that this isn't the only post to respond too. However, I been asked, am I sure this is a bug. Double check this. Try this for a work around.

But as of yet, no one seems to be taking this seriously. That somehow it must be my fault.

All i wanted was to be helpful, by pointing out a possible bug, so other players would not have to go through what i have. All i wanted was to be able to experience the rest of what the game has to offer.

As I can no longer progress in the game, what should I do?

Wait or quit the game?

Hi guys, almost same issue here, I was in a party and entered Chamber of Sins lvl 2. But they already had killed Fidelitas and can't find the gem in the machine/table.

Tryed to form another party, tryed to go alone and the same issue. Any clue how to solve this? Tks

Absolutely this bug not solved.

For some issues, Piety havent tp in catacombs act2. So, she cant run to the portal. So, no Baleful gem there. I cant finish the quest. No gem. No Helena in town.

You need to make a new instance. This game is instance based. You were in a completed instance. You need to do the quest in an uncompleted instance. To make a new one, control click the entrance or waypoint into the area and select "new".
