Prismatic Eclipse, Twilight Blade - Brainstorm!

Hi guys, this is my first time in the forums. Upon seing Prismatic Eclipse for the first time I was amazed: the amount of customization it allowed was something I really liked. But, being a newb as I am, I have no proper way to come up with viable build, and so I wondered if we could brainstorm something good out of this awesome blade.

For starters, I think taking advantage of it's +10% Block While Dual Wielding (+20% for two Prismatic Eclipse's) is a need. From there I see two path's: using the red sockets and passives to increase damage greatly, or use green sockets for huge attack speed. In my opinion huge attack speed would be better because trigger gems could make it viable later on.

The second thing I think we would have to decide is how to kill. Survival is inherent to this sword, but a good combo for killing is something it seems to lack. Any ideas?

There is nothing that item does that is worth while, when compared to what you can expect to get your hands on later.
