Difference between all the Leagues or w/e

Default League... HC League.. Legacy, etc...

Legacy league is the home of chars from past server wipes.
Hardcore league is where the 'hardcore' go...in this league your char only has 1 life, in death goes to the Default league, which is the plain league. Nothing special there. |

So I wouldn't be able to play on Legacy? Since I just started a couple days ago.

Afaik there will be no legacy league once OB hits. Default will be the new legacy.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
