Thanks to my linux box it wasn't too much of a hassle for me to find out that this give-away isn't legit.

I wrote a little script to find out: http://pastebin.com/NTKj9MsS

Here's the shortened output:
"
Fetching pages of topic .. Done

Processing pages .. Done

Results:
----
Total count of 3-digit numbers posted: 26739
Unique count of 3-digit numbers posted: 1000

If the second number shows 1000, this give-away is a scam because every 3-digit number from 000 to 999 has already been posted!

So we can all stop wasting our time and continue being non-productive while waiting for our invites :D

**EDIT: Okay, I guess I have to admit I haven't checked for every possible numeric system ;)

**EDIT²: Dupe-proofed, thanks to SirDimos

You sure your script wasn't duped by the people who posted every number from 1-999 in a single post?

I just checked for this and yep, it was duped 3 times alltogether.

I updated it, just in case anyone bothers to check: http://pastebin.com/NTKj9MsS

Actually, the implemented dupe check is very basic and only filters occurances of the whole 001-999 without interruptions by other three digit numbers. But I visually checked the new results, and they seem to be fairly clean from "spam" like this.

However. the results still show that all numbers have been posted yet!

Your script fails.
Your face when you see it (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
Puck: thank you for the extra check. I stopped posting when i got to the point that all 1000 options was posted.

As for aracus

i would love to hear an explanation for how you confirmed on that page that the numbers is in the 000-999 list made by deadlymayhem.

So, please by all means, talk away.
