button for picking up items

Hi. My question is rather specific, but its important to me. I think only people who move with right mouse button can answer this.
Question is: if i move with right button(i prefer playing this way cause of lol and dota), can i pick up items with right button (holding key) or must I click left mouse button(for me it will be attack button) to pick up item?

I think thats important because i dont wanna randomly shoot every time when i wanna pick up something, also i dont wanna go to item with right mouse button and click left when i am near the item.
Just click on it and my char is automatic going for item.

I play a lot of dota too, and I have no problem playing with left click, maybe because I have a lot of experience with RPGs that use Left click move. If you can, you should get use to it.

That being said, as far as I just tested you can talk to NPCs and pick up items fine AS LONG AS you put your Right Mouse Button as Move, and not Attack. If you put it on Attack, you will not be able to move. Hope this answers your question.
