We'll see it, in Act4. A god would have to be incompetent or callous to allow the atrocities
carried out by Dominus and Piety on such a massive scale. And despite their efforts they couldn't even create a philosophers stone. Great voice acting for Dominus btw. Wish there was a cut scene with him and more dialogue. "When you have a hammer, everything looks like a nail."
