How to respec fully?

I am very disappointed when I learned we can remove skills one by one only.
My question is :
How hard to find respec points? I am level12 and I have only 2 points.

My suggestion is to make it a micro transaction for buying with points. This transaction can be full respec and/or respec points.

Anyone has some concrete information on this?

You can have 2 respec points per act for a total of 16 for the moment. It could change with OB and the new quests in act 3.

Else you can use regret orbs to gain 1 respec point.

The possibility of buying respec points with cash had already been debated, and is seen as a pay to win option, so don't count to see it in the shop.

Regret orbs are easy to find or not?
Not really.
I doubt that you will be able to respec through microtransaction. Regret Orbs are currency items, they are fairly rare. You can buy them from merchants sometimes with other valuable currency items, or buy them from players.

Plan ahead before making your build. that is what the Passive Tree calculator is for.

You get currently get 16 respec points from quests, not sure if that number will rise once Act 3 is public. Then you'll find a few Regrets here and there plus it's not that hard to buy some. Respecing like 30 points is doable without much farming or high currency investment. That's a lot of nodes. If you wanna respec 40+ points you might as well roll a new build. Playing several different characters and builds is a central aspect of games in this genre, this is not an MMO where you max level 2-3 chars and then constantly respec into whatever the flavor of the month is. Therefor, respec as part of micro-transactions is a big nono. I sincerely hope GGG keeps it that way.

To clarify, paying $ to respec is pay to win; consider this scenario:

Kripp, a known no-lifer, is doing a 1-week race.
He levels to 60 with a known build that is ridiculously good 1-60. But it falls off in power at 60 and becomes worthless.
He buys respec points faster than he could ever farm them with real money and respecs to a powerful late-game spec.
He wins the race and beats other players who used more balanced specs that were simply good (but inferior) all game long.

This same kind of thing also applies to the normal ladder, where players respec at level 90~ for nothing to gain a big edge in the grind.
