RF Incinerate tempest shield blocktank

Hi. I've been fiddeling around with the passives tree to make a RF incinerate and tempestshield templar. The build focuses mainly on having high block to return dmg with tempest shield and incinerate and RF. I Want to turn the lightning damage into firedmg with avatar of fire.

With the recent changes made to the way RF scales with + elemental dmg and + fire dmg nodes Ive decided to try it out with more + fire dmg and life.
The gems I want to use are:
6l incinerate: GMP/LMP, FirePen, LifeLeach, fasterCasting, BloodMagic.
4L RF: FirePen, IncreasedAOE, IncreasedBurningDamage.
4L CODT: MoltenShell, EnduringCry, firePen.

I don't know what to do with tempest shield or if i should even include it. The 3 other auras I want are: Dicipline, Purity of fire and determination.

There is one unique I want and thats the phoenix shield that increases your max fire resist with 8%.

The problem I have with my current build is this: I don't know if I can run those auras, I don't know if I have enough life in my build or that i should switch some notes around.

This is my current build: I am looking at and I hope you can give me some sugestions on building it out further. I know that im abit high on the skillpoints thats because I can't figure out what to drop and what to include.
