I thought I was having some issues equipping the TP skins and I even restarted the whole game before realizing that they don't work in maps...

That is annoying :S. I don't know, was this intentional or technical issue or just rushed work. This is teh first time so much issues with new supporter packs and with the low artwork titles.

Would be nice to have it fixed. I mean, leveling up a new character just so I can make of the portal stuff is not necessarily bad (actually trying a new build). HOWEVER, on my one high level character I'm trying to get to 90, I'd like to be able to see the portal effects while running maps since they're the only place I can get meaningful experience.

Custom Portal Effects don't currently display on end-game Map Portals because they're not created by players. Using a Portal Scroll in a Map just moves the portal to you. We're investigating allowing those Portals to be overridden also in a subsequent patch.

Thank you about this, i totally forgot about this, but still is there improvement in progress or when is ETA on fix.
