Any way to remove the "extra gore"

Hi guys,is there any way i could remove the extra gore effect from carnage heart?I like it but when i play in party and 2-3 people are using st on stone monsters,the frames drop like crazy and i can't play this way.

I purchased the extra gore effect. Like the OP, I like it, but it's just way, way too much for a system to handle in a full group OR if large hordes are on the screen.

You can't, GGG really should introduce a particle effect slider, but it doesn't seem to be in the works.
