Question on Global Critical Strike Chance

very confusing, will try to reply:

poison cloud from poison arrow is no spell, it is degeneration (DoT). It has nothing to do with spell damage nor attack damage. You can crit only with initial arrow hit

DoTs cant critacaly hit, simly because they dont hit at all
