[Suggestion] Images or symbols on skill gems

An idea. Please put some images or just a symbols or at least some letters on skill gems! I cannot keep track what skill gems I have and witch one where is! Pretty please!

Actually , it would be kinda helpful i must confess. Having a page full of red gems... well.
I think thought, that this is purely a case of time management, as theres so much for GGG to do, that little UI improvements here and there, although would be beneficial, are not needed atm, with so much other new content and additions being made. I do +1 this though. Could be really useful, somehow, something to keep track. Cheers. GGG - Why you no?

I think there could be at least 3 separate symbols for auras, attacks and spells.

would be really nice if they could find a way to make the skillicons (that are already available for the skill bar) visible somehow also in the inventory! Maybe the same way the sockets are highlighted (Alt key)?

thanks guys for supporting this idea! At least a few letters and some symbols here or there (if not images) on the gems will help a ton!

Personally I think the best method for gem storage would be have a separate section in the stash, where it would be a text list of gem names not tetris inventory, just for gems. They could be sorted first by colors, then skill vs support, then alphabetically.
If it was images or symbols, it would take a lot of time for GGG to create that art, and it still would be impractical to remember what every one of the 150+ different gems looks like. Last edited by Thalandor#0885 on Jan 8, 2013, 12:02:34 PM
