Does tempest shield damages proc cast on crit?
So unclear some say yes some say no. Thanks in advance. |

Tempest Shield cannot proc Cast on Crit because it's not an attack, it's a spell. Furthermore, you can't manually cast Tempest Shield when it's supported by Cast on Crit; you'd need to crit with an attack for Tempest Shield to activate.
