Hello! Will be possible to win this item in open beta races?

They haven't made any statements explicitly saying they won't, but they have hinted towards new rewards from races in OB in certain posts and I happened to PM Chris myself about whether or not they would still be handed out. At the time, they weren't certain, though they were leaning toward making them exclusive to CB. You could try PMing Chris for an update though.

I am not searching the forums for you but a GGG official (Chris i think) did in fact state that the Demigod was Closed beta only and that Open beta would bring a new race prize. If you want the direct quote, get to searching :)

Demigods are CB. Something else will take it's place.
