Can't kill nor help Alira after townportaling

I decided to kill Alira. I took a lot of damage and ran out of flasks so I used the Town portal skill gem to get back to town to refill my flasks. When I came back the fight was.. bugged. The zombies she summoned still attacked me but Alira her self just stood still and did nothing. I was able to talk to her but I couldn't help nor kill her. I couldn't click the buttons.

Update: I restarted the game and now it works normally.. I guess. There are the bodies of her guards I killed and that stuck "Alira's Blood Hand". Now I can press the buttons.

Right. Apparently this is a "Known Issue". Didn't notice that before.

Same happened to me when fighting Kraityn.
Got back to another instance via waypoint, was able to kill hin, but got no special loot (only one magic armor or something). After I logged out of the game, the fight was resetted and all went normal. Dynamit,

The fight is stopped when you exit the area and must be restarted. You have to walk out and back in the bandit gate that closes so the game knows that you are within the bandit fight area.

Somewhat different results here. I had the Kill or Helps option open and portaled back to town. Upon returning, I can reopen the alternatives window, but cannot select either option. Have tried going back to town and returning to no avail. Also tried inviting a party member to attempt to do so as well.
