Option to Turn Off Skill Animations?

The problem here is particle effects, and you don't have the option to turn them off because a conscious decision has been made not to give you that option.
The decision not to allow players to turn particle effects down or off in game is just plain sad. It renders the game totally unplayable for many people, even those with good hardware, and for absolutely no good purpose. As always in these threads, I restate my offer: I'm willing to give up my chance to make a unique item in game in exchange for players being given the option to turn the effects down or off. I'm sick and tired of having to "cheat" just to play a game I love, it's an embarrassment. |

" That's the spirit, I can totally respect that. I think it is somewhat sad to see "no summoner" on literally every pub party out there. It is one thing to have a build not viable because you screwed up the passives, but its another thing to have perfectly good builds that is rejected by the entire community because you will make everybody else game a slide show, and there is nothing you can do about it. This isn't just people with low spec pcs, people who have high end rig will still experience slideshow with summoner + lightning arrow + poison arrow. Don't bother trying to buy a brand new pc, it will not help. IGN Vermillionillusion
