Belt Quality
Hello, I've been thinking about buffing belts with existing quality system, so belts won't be worth only their rolls. Such item (assorted buckle?, quality stud?) would improve belts quality just like whetstones for weaps, strengthening its base modifier.
For example Leather belt would get +1 to max Life per 1% quality. Using blessed orbs on quality belts would delete quality in exchange for higher chance of better roll. Also I'd like to see some new belts in the future like Alchemist's Sash that gives +% flask charge recovery or flat evasion/armour belts. Any ideas? Would it kill the balance? Oh... and hello.
