try and auto attack a couple times to get your W up and then when the enemy comes near hit them with an auto then press W then either E or Q them and get out

i tried auto attack but when i get in range they just unleash on me everytime i trade harass

well what are your runes
|

magic pen red garen blues and soraka yellows and AP quints
|

so im assuming garen is magic armor and soraka is mana per level which is retarded since you have no mana
|

soraka is armor ritard
|

either way your runes are horrible. you need ap reds ap/level yellows ap blues and ap quints to be the master of kennen
|
