Button to click to reach menu

Add a god damn button to reach the menu and logout from the mouse. I just bugged out my keyboard somehow and hitting esc would only open my windows start menu. and then I died.

God damn you devs, you cant even think of the simplest things.. how stupid is this game that only 1 button allows you to logout? that is so much fail. move the microstash button more to the left and make a menu button to the left of it. how hard can it be? how often did you read already to make a menu button?

I don't see why it is "stupid" that a PC game expects the player to have a keyboard and mouse. It's not the developer's burden to cater to people with broken keyboards -- it's yours to fix it.
